This is a  simple sitting in Presence and an opportunity to sit with others who share a non-dual perspective

There may be a brief talk or reading following the meditation time. After the meditation the lending library will be open to check out books or videos until 11 a.m. This is an opportunity to develop a stable sitting practice with like-minded friends, and meet others in the community interested in non-dual approaches to awakening.

No fee, but donations are appreciated

Adyashanti video and audio sets as well as a variety of spiritual books will be available to loan out on a weekly basis.

Bonnie Greenwell is a non-dual teacher in Adyashanti's tradition with over 30 years experiences as a psychotherapist. She holds a Ph.D. in transpersonal psychology and an MA in marriage and family counseling, and specializes in working with spiritual emergence and life transition issues. She is the author of "Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini Process",  and editor of "Emptiness Dancing" by Adyashanti. She has studied and practiced in many eastern spiritual traditions, and  was a founder of the Kundalini Research Network, providing support for over 2000 people who have awakened kundalini energy. She founded Shanti River Center in Ashland to provide in-depth guidance and community for  people interested in the non-dual perspective of spiritual awakening.
